Prerequisites to Admission into the Master Program - Physical Therapy

The Department of Physical Therapy has been approved by the Ohio Board of Regents Advisory Committee on Graduate Study (RACGS), to offer the entry level Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) Program. Listed below are the prerequisite courses for the PT Program (these are subject to change.)

* Denotes Courses Requiring a Lab

All prerequisite courses must be completed (with a C or better) prior to admission into the program (unless approved by the department.) Undergraduate degree requirements may be completed prior to admissions, but must be completed no later than the end of the fall semester of the first professional year. Undergraduate students who have carefully planned coursework and degree requirements may be eligible to apply in their third (junior) year. Application in fall semester allows juniors who qualify to be notified in spring and begin the professional program in summer.
