How to obtain textbooks for your classes

The Allied Health Program at Youngstown State University will make the textbook list for the Allied Health Program available at: http://www.ysubookstore.com/.

The bookstore at Youngstown State University and at Lorain County Community College will be stocking required texts.

Students can purchase textbooks at the YSU bookstore in person or order online (see below). You may also elect to have a local bookstore order the book for you, so that you can purchase it there. This may be a good option for students enrolled at the Cuyahoga Community College locations. I have listed campus bookstore information below for your convenience. Students receiving financial aid may need to purchase textbooks at their campus bookstore. Please contact the bookstore and request that they order the required textbooks for you. Check with your financial aid office for information.

Most textbooks can also be obtained through major bookstores such as: www.amazon.com www.BarnesandNoble.com http://www.ecampus.com/textbookpage.asp and many others.

The textbook list is posted online each semester as we become aware of the book to be used in each course. It is the student’s responsibility to obtain the textbook(s) required for the classes they are enrolled in.

Textbooks and supplies for all courses along with gift items, greeting cards and clothing may be purchased in the College Bookstore.

The regular Bookstore hours are:

Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
