Hospitality Management

The Program

The Hospitality Management Program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful and competent in this fast-growing field not only in the United states, but throughout the world.

Students may earn an associate degree and/or a bachelor's degree with a major in hospitality management. The associate in Applied Science Degree (AAS) program provides experiences in all phases of hospitality management. The Bachelor of science of Applied Science Degree (BS in AS) program encompasses all course work in the AAS program and exposes students to advanced management concepts in lodging, food and beverage, travel and tourism, or marketing and sales management.

Internship requirements

Hospitality Management students must complete at least 3 semester hours of Internship credit.
